Return & Exchanges

If there is no substantial damage to the goods within 7 days, you can return or exchange them without any reason.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 3~5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If you opt to exchange your item, once your return is accepted, the exchange will be processed with the same processing and shipping times as the original order.

If your opt for refund, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment once your return is accepted.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
